Central and north Denver
Older housing stock with mature trees over clay sewer laterals — root intrusion and main-line backups are common, and many basements are finished without a backwater valve.
The southern suburbs
Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton, Parker and Lone Tree: newer construction with deep finished basements, where a failed sump pump or an upstairs supply line reaches three levels of finished space quickly.
West and foothills side
Lakewood, Arvada, Golden and Wheat Ridge: steeper lots where grading and downspout runoff pushes water toward foundations during heavy rain and snowmelt.
East and north metro
Aurora, Thornton, Westminster, Commerce City and Brighton: hail alley proper. Roof-origin leaks that show up as ceiling stains weeks after the storm are routine here.

Common questions
Do you charge extra for distance or after hours?
No after-hours or weekend premium — 24/7 is how emergency restoration works. For jobs well outside the metro we'll be upfront about travel before committing.
Do you handle commercial properties?
Yes. Offices, retail units, restaurants and multi-unit residential. Commercial jobs usually need scheduling around occupancy and we can work overnight where required.
What if I'm outside your area?
Call anyway. If we can't reach you quickly enough to be useful, we'll say so — and we'll still talk you through the first steps to limit the damage.
